Look what the children made to send their thanks! The team here at XplorMor International is feeling so much joy and gratitude for reaching solar success at Run Ta Ek Children’s School in Cambodia. We wish to truly thank all who contributed to this first XMI project because without you the goal would never be reached. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

Solar Success at Run Ta Ek Children’s School in Cambodia
The first project and fundraiser from XplorMor International Non-Profit is successfully completed. Solar power along with lights, fans and electrical outlets for computers were installed in the children’s school at Run TA-Ek, located near Siem Reap, Cambodia. The eco-village is one of the first all solar homestay projects in Cambodia. The community was created to alleviate population pressures at Angkor Archaeological Park, a designated UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Currently over 100 families have been given homes and lands by the APSARA Authority. These families have children in need of education. A school was built within the 1,000 hectare community grounds to meet this important need. However, it lacked certain necessities such as electrical power which through this fundraising project was installed. The goal was to make the school sustainable, comfortable and productive for the children’s education development, and to pave the way for future advancements like computers. Thankfully together we achieved these aims. If you would like to give, please get in touch.
